Get some dice and start rolling! Once you do, there are a variety of things to do with this game board. Once the board is laminated or put in a clear sleeve, use it with a dry-erase marker.
The game can be adapted for 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade. It uses the Common Core Mathematical skill of being able to multiply and divide within 100. CCSS 3.OA.7, and also CCSS 4.NF.1, along with CCSS 5.NF.1 depending on how you play.
Play with 2-6 dice depending on your grade level. For the answer you can have another sheet of paper to the right of the game board, sticky notepads to get the answer, or everyone has their own dry erase board to work on.
Try balancing sides of the equation to be equal, but if you can't use the greater than and less than.
Options for play:
* Play with 2 dice and have them multiply or divide those two dice and answer the equation.
* Play with 3 dice and put two to be a two digit number.
* Play with 4-6 dice for a real challenge! Trying to balance the sides is harder than you might think!
* When using multiple dice you can also choose to use them as two digit numbers or as fractions.
