Your students will love practicing cause and effect with this adorable themed file folder game, Down on the Farm. You'll love their improved reading skills and the preparation for standardized testing.
Practice questions include identifying the cause or effect in a given situation or identifying one part of a situation as the cause or the effect. Some questions include the effect listed first to promote critical thinking. Clue words such as because
are used in some examples as well.
The game includes a cover, teacher and student directions, a 2-page game board, and 48 game cards, all pieces full-color. Simply assemble the game and you will have a great activity for small groups or for centers. Since it is a digital file, you can make as many as you like!
