In this game, one student leaves the classroom and another student takes something that belongs to him or her. When the student returns, s/he must determine what was taken and by whom. The game is intended for World Language students to practice language structures such as "I have/don't have", "Where is my...", "My...is missing", "Someone has stolen my...", etc., based on the level of the class in which the game is played.
Complete instructions and an example cheat sheet are included.
This game works well for Preferred Activity Time and in units about physical descriptions, clothing, and direct object pronouns.
