Product Description
Use these 3 lesson plans that build on each other to teach students about the difference between garbage, recycling and composting. These are perfect lessons for Earth Day, introducing words or composting in your classroom/school or anytime of the year!

Students will complete a word sort of garbage, recycling, and composting words. They will look over flow charts that shows what happens to items when discarded. Finally, they will create 2 little booklets to show the path an item can take when thrown away, recycled and/or composted.

Many pages are available in color and black and white.
Possible answer keys are provided when possible.
