Gato is always lots of fun- this twist on the original game is sure to engage your students, and allow for listening comprehension and vocabulary practice at the same time! This resource is geared for those with a Smartboard as the three game boards can be projected onto the board for play. Instructions for how to play as an entire class are included- dividing the class into two teams, who vie against one another to get Gato. Teacher reads descriptions of known vocabulary in order for a team to get the square three in row wins! You can see some examples of clues in my blog post here: Play Gato as a Whole Class Blog Post
