Generic progression scale for students to note their level of understanding prior to learning material and then after learning material.
On the blank left column, students mark the date they are noting their level of understanding next to the appropriate level; this is intended to be done prior to learning new material. The same is done on the right side of the chart preferably after material has been taught. The comment box is intended for students to make comments about why they placed themselves at the level they did.
Two copies are on one piece of paper to cut the number of copies being made in half!
