This worksheet is a great introduction to any genetics unit!
Students will begin by brainstorming the traits that are similar or different from their parents and make a prediction as to why or how this happens.
Students will look at 7 different traits and determine if they have the dominant or recessive trait. There are pictures and descriptions of each trait. (Including tongue rolling, earlobes, thumbs, chin, dimples,dominant hand and hand cross over).
Students will then answer analysis questions to get them thinking about what it means to have a dominant or recessive trait.
