This download includes one set of I Have/Who Has vocabulary game cards. All terms and concepts used are appropriate for a unit of genetics with terms including alleles, types of dominance, meiosis, Mendel, Punnett Squares, and more. Download also includes an answer key.
The files are PDFs in a zip file. Packet is appropriate for 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade, and homeschool students. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at email@example.com. Thank you!
I Have/Who Has cards are a fun way to quickly test the students’ vocabulary and can be used daily.
To use, print, cut, and laminate the cards. Pass out ALL the cards to your students, even if it means some of your students have two cards. Select a student to start the game by reading the “Who Has” (definition) portion of his or her card. The student with the corresponding “I Have” (term) portion responds and reads the “Who Has” on the same card. This continues until all 28 cards have been read and the student who started the game ends it. Timing the classes to see which one is the fastest is an enjoyable way to foster some good-natured competition!
