The Genetics PowerPoint includes 43 slides covering the topics of DNA replication, transcription, translation, and genetic engineering. First, students learn about the structure and importance of DNA. Then, they explore the process of replication, transcription, and translation. Lastly, they look at the cause and effect of genetic engineering. This powerpoint has many clear visuals to help students understand and talk about the process of protein synthesis and implications of genetic engineering. I also included some discussion questions to check for student understanding. My students responded positively to this powerpoint and I hope your students will too!
