Description

Encourage and reward students for reading across genres! Students earn cute tags from each genre to display with their other reward tags. You may also choose to incorporate colored beads for the different genres. These tags come in color AND blackline versions so you can be as colorful or ink-conscious as you want to be! Using the blackline versions will also allow you to create your own color-coding by printing on colored cardstock. The tags measure 2" tall and 1 1/4" wide.

Read about how I use reward tags in {this blog post} and {this FAQ post}.

There is an editable PowerPoint file that contains the genre tracking sheet, bead color poster, genre resource sheet, and a generic genre challenge booklet sheet so you can tweak for your needs. It is recommended that you have some design experience in PowerPoint when working with with challenge booklet sheet, as you will need to work with fonts and change the lengths of lines. Please ask any questions you may have about what is and what is not editable before purchasing so you are not disappointed.

Several sweet people commented that they plan to use these in conjunction with the 40 Book Challenge and Scholastic programs. I can't wait to try that myself!
