Positive Behavior strategies can be highly effective for all students, including those with Special Needs and Autism. I first created Gentle Hands many years ago for two particular students who were aggressive to their peers, but I implemented it with the whole class. The kids loved it! Several of the parents asked for copies of the poster to put up at home.
