Finally, students will write a paragraph responding to a prompt about their favorite place, while connecting the reasons why they love their favorite place to physical and cultural geography. The product includes handouts, teacher tips, an answer key and a rubric.

Students will label a "globe" on their handout. Students will be presented with various locations and, using a classroom atlas, will determine the climate region that each city is located in. Students will determine the climate region of the location and will then draw three items in a suitcase in order to be prepared for a trip there.
