This download contains 20 mapping tiles that students can use to create a whole class map. A great fun activity for the whole class and a perfect way to reinforce geographic concepts such as features, places, spaces, how spaces are used and how to care for spaces.

This activity creates a great interactive whole class activity and can serve the purpose of a daily writing prompt and practice for prepositional language.

•They represent the location of different places and their features on labelled maps and present findings in a range of texts and use everyday language to describe direction and location.
