-The Social Studies standards are heavy on Inquiry-Based skills. The lessons in this unit are designed to put the learning in the hands of the students while the teacher is the facilitator; therefore, they are rigorous in nature. The lesson plans provide facilitation tips. See below for lesson plan details.
