This Google Drive resource is a digital flip book that students can use to show their knowledge of the geography of Virginia (aligned with Virginia Studies VS.2). Students will review Virginia's bordering states and bodies of water, regions (characteristics and locations), and important water features.
Use this digital flip book for guided note taking or as an engaging review activity. This is a great way for students to become more confident with manipulating items on the screen before they take the end-of-year SOL test! No prep for you; no lost papers for them!
**You’ll need an internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and a Google or Microsoft OneDrive account. Note: if you’re using a tablet, you may need to open Google Slides in the app, rather than the browser.**
When you purchase this product, you will be given access to a link that will allow you to open the file in Google Slides. You’ll then share that file with your students. Students will be asked to “drag and drop” movable objects as well as type answers to various questions. Eight slides are included, which can also be printed for students who prefer to complete the pages by hand.
This resource includes a step-by-step tutorial explaining how to share the resource with your students (both for Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive). A teacher answer key is also included.
