The Next Generation Science Standards have been correlated as close as possible for what is known at the moment and until 2023 the 2014 standards are still in place. This product has lesson plans for three weeks of lessons and closely correlated to the 2014 SC State Standards. Different states implement these units in various grades, so each unit can be used by 6th, 7th or 8th graders. It includes all the R & R McPublishing activities needed to complete the lessons. It has nine days of DSS (class starters), four Knowledge Searches, DSIS (Daily Science Inquiry Activities), Vocabulary and the quiz, Exit Questions, a Journal Entry, a lab and one interactive notebook activity and a mid-chapter review.
