This activity meets up with the common core standard 4.G.1 and can also be edited to meet any other geometry standards in elementary grades K-5.
In this fun Halloween activity students will select the geometric shapes they wish to use to decorate their pumpkin. They will then label each angle in the shape as either acute, obtuse, or right. The activity can also be edited to have the students label perpendicular, parallel, or interacting lines.
Students will trace their shapes onto construction paper and then label each angle. The angles will then be glues to their pumpkin face.
Additional materials that will be needed will be:
Orange, black, and green construction paper
