This is a set of three exit tickets that can be used as the closure activity for a learning segment covering coordinate rules of rigid transformations: reflections, rotations, and translations.
The exit tickets ask for students to identify the coordinate rules for a specific transformation and for an explanation of what the rule means.
Also, there is a self-assessment for the student to identify how they feel with meeting the lesson's learning objectives by circling a smiling face, a straight face, or a frowning face.
The exit ticket acts as a summative assessment for the day as well as formative assessment for the learning segment as well as the students disposition.
Exit tickets are a single Microsoft Word document that allow for edits and printing.
