Notes: Each note set has My Turn, Your Turn, and Our Turn problems. I show students the My Turn problem (they copy), I have them mirror my process with their Your Turn problem, then the Our Turn we do together (the problem is typically harder than the others).

Math-Doku: Math-Doku worksheets incorporate math concepts and Sudoku! Problems increase in difficulty. Students must solve each multiple choice problem. They then place their numerical choice in the corresponding shaded letter box in the Sudoku puzzle on the back of the sheet. Once they have filled in all of the shaded boxes, they can fill out the remaining Sudoku puzzle.

Socrative: Want to give an assessment that grades itself? Then, Socrative is for you! This Socrative assessment contains 45 questions that tests student knowledge of points, lines, planes, beginning polygons, angles and angle pairs. Vocab word list is included to print for each student for the test OR project on your screen during the test.

Give a test to your students within MINUTES and track their progress while they take it!

Socrative is a wonderful, free online tool for student engagement. Socrative activities can be used for students to work independently, in pairs, or groups. Disney Movie Fun: With Disney Movie Fun worksheets, students solve 8 problems relating to specified topics. A correct response will answer a trivia question from a certain Disney movie. Always a student favorite!

Complementary Supplementary Game: This document contains 74 cards with angle measures. Play a concentration-type game with these cards, where matches are angles pairs that are either supplementary or complementary. Every card has a match, so no cards are left over! Great for individual, pair, or group work!

Distance/Midpoint Skeletons: Basic formula outlines that I laminate and have students use dry-erase markers with. These help to reinforce the work that needs to be shown to successfully work out these formulas.

NOTE: When printing this game, I use darker colored computer paper or card stock so that students cannot see the numbers when the cards are face down. White computer paper is too transparent!

Lines and Angles Match-Up: This match-up game contains 72 cards highlighting 24 vocabulary words relating to lines and angles. Each vocab word is accompanied by a definition card and a picture card. Use these cards as a match game, or remove either the word, definition, or picture card and play a memory game. Great for individual, pair, or group work!

Vocabulary words included are: Collinear, Line, Segment, Point, Plane, Congruent, Congruent segments, Midpoint, Segment bisector, Ray, Angle, Vertex, Sides, Right angle, Acute angle, Obtuse angle, Adjacent angles, Vertical angles, Linear pair, Complementary angles, Supplementary angles, Angle bisector, Straight angle and Perpendicular

Lines and Angles Task Cards: This document contains 20 Lines and Angles Task Cards that tests the knowledge of: midpoint, complementary and supplementary angles, adjacent and vertical angles betweeness of points, perpendicular, and more!

An answer key and recording sheet is provided!

Lines and Angles Crossword: This crossword focuses on vocabulary related to lines and angles. 2 puzzles are included for your convenience: one with a word bank, and one without. An answer key is also included. The key is student-made, but is correct.

Vocab included:
point, line, plane, collinear, noncollinear, coplanar, noncoplanar, midpoint, congruent, complementary, supplementary, adjacent, vertical, bisector, linear pair, acute, obtuse, right, interior, exterior, segment, ray, angle, sides, vertex

Fact or Fib is a fun activity that the kids love...and it's a different way to review vocabulary words or concepts. This activity COULD be used as a worksheet, but I find it more successful if I lead the activity orally.

The activity contains 25 statements. 17 of them concern vocab and concepts dealing with lines and angles (ex. "Adjacent angles are angles that are beside each other."), while 8 of them are just for fun ("Dolly Parton once lost a Dolly Parton look-alike contest.").

Students must determine, without shouting out responses, whether each statement read is a Fact or a Fib. I read each statement twice, then say "Fact or Fib? Hold it up!" At that time, students hold up a sign that says either Fact or a sign that says Fib. They aren't allowed to hold it up until I call for them so other students cannot steal someone else's response. I then reveal the correct answer.

I have included a sheet that I hand out that says Fact and Fib. I hand one out to each student and have them fold it in half, so that the words show on either side of the paper. They use it as their signs.

An answer key is included as well. The answers are label as either T (Fact) or F (Fib).

Answer keys are included for all items!
