These geometry centers will make math fun and engaging for your 4th grade students! These centers were designed with test prep in mind, but they are a perfect way to reinforce and practice key concepts at any time during the year.

Geometry Task Cards: 4th Grade Math Centers 4.G.1
These 24 geometry task cards are designed to review points, lines, line segments, rays, angles, and perpendicular/parallel lines (CCSS 4.G.1). The cards have space for students to answer directly on them. You can either print a set for each student or laminate them and use dry erase markers.
I’ve included a version with 2 per page (better for laminating and using dry erase markers) and a version with 3 per page (to save ink and paper if you print a set for each student).
Geometry Card Game: 4th Grade Math Centers 4.G.2
In this game, students will practice classifying two-dimensional figures based on the presence or absence of parallel or perpendicular lines, or the presence or absence of angles of a specified size. (CCSS 4.G.2)
•Student-friendly directions that you can post or make available at the center.
•Attribute Spinner (in full color and black and white)
•64 polygon cards (printed 8 per page, in both full color and black and white)
Students will use a paper clip and pencil to spin the attribute spinner and look for cards that match the attribute it lands on. If they find a card with a matching shape, the student picks the card up. This game can be played independently or in small groups of 2-4 students taking turns spinning. The “game” ends once all of the cards have been matched and picked-up.
Symmetry Bingo: 4th Grade Math Centers 4.G.3
In this bingo game, students will practice identifying and drawing lines of symmetry (CCSS 4.G.3). Small groups of 2-4 students take turns spinning. Students will use a paper clip and pencil to spin the symmetry spinner and look for a shape that has that number of lines of symmetry. If they find a matching shape, the student draws the lines of symmetry. The game ends once a player gets bingo.
