I created these because my students needed practice with identifying these Geometry terms by utilizing pictures.
The problem was, they only recognized the figures when presented in one particular direction or format, but could not generalize.
My students love task cards, so I created this specifically because I had a year round multi-purpose set, but I had a new group of students that were more engaged with seasonal cards and activities - so these were created! Same skill assessed, slightly different cards.
There are 20 task cards total, all in the name the figure format - because I wanted them to practice writing the names as well as leave them open ended for specific teachers and grade levels to use the specific Geometry vocabulary THEY needed.
angle (just angle or acute, obtuse, right and straight)
