There are actually 3 different versions. The A version has 30 multiple choice questions. The B version has only 20 questions with some duplicate questions from the A version. The C version is a shortened version of the others with only 10 questions. This makes it perfect for those classes that struggle a bit more with the math concepts.
Each version is formatted so that there are 10 questions per page. You could also make any of them short answer questions just by covering the multiple choice options. I have done that myself just to mix it up. This can take an easier question and increase the difficulty a bit.
A key is included for each version.
