This is a card sorting activity in which students match terms, diagrams and definitions of lines, rays, parallel and intersecting lines, angles and triangle vocabulary. This activity has also been used successfully as an assessment tool with students in grades 5 through 8, either individually or as a cooperative group project. The resulting poster also makes a good bulletin board display.
