Substitutes! This is a great Math activity for beginning Geometry or you can print out as a handout and have students go through the terms and add to the illustrations. The colorful powerpoint of 122 slides introduces students to Geometry terms along with simple illustrations or photos. Each slide follows the 6 by 6 rule: no more than 6 words per line and no more than 6 lines so students will be able to read the presentation from the back of the room. The teacher advances each slide. It covers 54 of the basic terms from point, line, vertex, acute angles up through tranversals, alternate interior angles, translations and line of symmetry. I have uploaded several different editions depending on your software requirements.
