This is a three part unit by Reading Through History documenting the lives and achievements of three of the most famous Native American leaders to come out of the Plains Indian wars. In this download there are three separate readings covering the lives of Geronimo, Black Kettle, and Roman Nose. Each section includes three pages of student activities that include reading comprehension questions, vocabulary activities, guided reading activities, student summaries, and a student response essay question.
