Description
Use these printable and digital getting to know you and "all about me" worksheets for middle and high school students for back to school. They include several different inventories and worksheets that focus on their interests and learning styles. These can be a helpful way to integrate social emotional learning supports in the beginning of the year by building meaningful relationships from the start.
Editable Version Included!
All include an editable version for Powerpoint. Just open up the Powerpoint editable document and change the questions to suit the needs of your learners.
Printable AND Digital Versions
Both printable and digital versions of all worksheets are included. Digital versions are available in Google Slides. To access, just open up the PDF with "digital directions" in the title.
With and Without Cursive Titles
I've added a second version with non-cursive titles.
These printables would be great for back to school activities to allow students to share valuable information to their teacher. The pages include a variety of multiple choice and open-ended questions. The worksheets can be used be used for English, math, science, and history teachers aiming to know more about their students.
