Product Description
I love this activity! The students get a feel for where everything is that they need during the routine course of each day. They can then independently get things themselves.
Students need to find each item, and if you have more locations than one for something like tissues, just add in the number you want them to find on your master. As students find an item, they check the box, but must write a word or phrase that indicates where it is, such as near door, on window sill, etc. In the case of English Language Learners or children unable to write yet, they may draw a quick sketch of the location.
To make this activity especially fun, I instruct students in a few examples of pantomime. I put on soft music, and students go about this activity without using any verbal sounds. They enjoy this immensely, and it eliminates any language barriers.
Enjoy!
