Gibbons v. Ogden Federalism activity

Gibbons v. Ogden Federalism activity
Product Description
This is a simple activity that I use at the conclusion of the case study (I use with judicial review). This helps me lead into my federalism unit. On this handout, there are 7 statements taken from either the Gibbons v. Ogden case or U.S. v. Lopez case (we studied both together). As they read the statement, they underline if federal or state government has the power. Then they place that statement under the column ENUMERATED, CONCURRENT, or RESERVED. They look up the definition of each power. This is a very basic, simple activity. All statements were taken from the case study (from streetlaw.org website). Any questions let me know.
