This Google Form quiz accompanies my reader's theater play of the same name. Purchase the script here on my storefront and then download the Form for free. The quiz also appears as a PDF with the script. Includes answer key. Once downloaded, users can edit to suit.

In Google Classroom, create a new assignment in the Classwork tab; 4. Post the PDF of the play; 5. From Google Forms, copy and post the link to this quiz; 6. Assign! If you're not well-versed in Google Classroom, it may seem initially daunting, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy!
