This resource includes 6 interactive notes pages with vocabulary words pertaining to the Gilded Age. Two additional interactive notes pages are included which focus on making connections between the social, economic, and political issues of the Gilded Age and today. Three pages (sample front page and two interactive pages) focus on tenement living and reforms resulting from tenement living.
This resource would be appropriate for a middle or high school-level United States History course. I've used this resource with students who struggle with note-taking and organization skills. I have also used this resource as a test-prep/study guide tool for my United States History students. This resource could also be used as extra credit work or used as a "sub day" activity.
No prep is needed as links are included. I have also included links to videos and supplementary materials and lessons I use with my students when I teach this unit.
