Every child loves the story of The Gingerbread Boy. Included are two gingerbread boy activities. One is a graphing activity. Your students eat a gingerbread boy cookie and graph the part he/she ate first and create a whole class graph. Students interpret the graph by answering the questions. The second activity is a gingerbread boy glyph. Students color the gingerbread boy based on their answers to specific questions about them. When they are done, they can cut out their gingerbread boy and glue it to white paper. Then they can color a setting from the book around their boy. What ia nice literature tie!
