This awesome strategy encourages self assessment AND peer to peer feedback.
Ideal feedback strategy for ELA, Social Studies, Science, and research paper rough draft assessment and any major project that is transitioning from the planning stage to the building stage. Great for Art and Graphic Design assessments as well.
1) Students assess their own work and give themselves feedback.
2) Student turns to a neighbor and gets feedback from that neighbor (while also giving feedback to the neighbor).
3) Student seeks out a peer from across the room (not a neighbor...stand up/hand up/pair up, draw straws, etc.) and gets feedback from them (while also giving their peer feedback).
4) Student compares and uses feedback from themselves and their peers.
Set includes 14 different themed versions of the feedback form. Use them at the same time to mix things up within a class, or use one version for an entire class to make each feedback activity different and fun.
*One version of the G1G2 forms is plain and does not have characters. This form is intended for High School Classes.
