Product Description
This is a great way to practice middle sounds. Students match the dog bones to the dog with the vowel that is in the middle of their word. This could be done in small group and have the students read the words to you before matching with a dog. It could also be an independent center during ELA. For the independent center, I provide a recording sheet.

There is a dog for each each vowel (a, e, i, o, u) and 24 word cards.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments and don't forget to leave feedback!
