This study guide contains reading assignments (because my classes read book sections together on iPads and The Glass Castle does not contain chapters) and study guide questions for reading assignments 1-13 (of 17 total assignments listed in the reading assignments guide). It is designed to be completed while reading. The number of questions varies per section, depending upon the content of the chapter. The number of questions per section ranges from 18 questions to 50 questions. Most sections average about 30 questions plus. This is a detail-oriented study guide, aimed at making students notice significant character traits, events, and setting details. It is excellent for measuring comprehension, although, in my opinion, too detailed to give as a test or quiz where students would be forced to recall specific details from the book.
