Students will then engage in color mixing to match specific colors as well as learn how to create a tempera gradient.
In addition to painting, each student will employ drawing skills to examine feathers and create patterned feather drawings that will be incorporated into a final interactive, collaborative art piece that will surely peak the interest and encourage student engagement with the piece.
This lesson also includes QR codes that link to external content that can be used as part of the final product display to further teach and engage your students and those who observe your student’s art.
