To best prepare your students for the new Global History & Geography II Regents, there needs to be adequate alignment between the documents (stimulus) and questions provided in Parts 1,2 & 3.
These resources, organized by topic, are informed by the latest prototypes and relevant NYSED documents towards measuring historical reading, writing and thinking:
Part 1 includes a sample stimulus-based multiple choice question for the topic with 2-3 applicable questions in consideration of the Task Models.
Part 2 includes three questions as organized on: context, sourcing and corroboration. Note: Question 2b on reliability has been removed as of this writing.
Part 3 includes 5 documents around a number of high leverage enduring issues considered - power, conflict, human rights violations.
