This Cornell Notes style worksheet goes with the documentary, The Antarctica Challenge: A Global Warning. It consists of 41 teacher-made questions that follow along with the 52 minute documentary available on YouTube (and many other sites).
This word document includes a blank copy and an answer key. Questions are mostly lower-order thinking questions to keep students focused while watching the video. The last question is a higher-order, paragraph response summary question.
This is an excellent activity to leave for a sub to keep students engaged for a class period or as an introduction to a highly debated topic.
This document is editable as a word document.
The Antarctica Challenge: A Global Warning is a one-hour HD documentary that will go to the source of the climate change crisis: Antarctica. Here we will explore first-hand the environmental challenges facing that frozen continent and, by extension, the world.
