This activity would make a great addition to your math centers in the Springtime. Great for second graders who are just learning about multiplication or for lower 3rd graders who need the extra practice.
This is a GO FISH style game. Students start with five cards each. The rest are in a pile face down. First player asks a player for a certain card that they need a match for (matching the problem with the answer). If the player does not have it, they GO DIG---take one card from the pile. This continues until one player has matched all of his cards. As an option, I have included a worksheet. The students can fill in which cards they got a match for.
A black/white and colored worksheet is attached for your preference.
