This is a goal journal to keep track of the student's daily goals. Generally designed for behavioral goals (staying on task, raising my hand when wanting to talk, etc.) however, could be used for any type of goals. The goal journal comes in two parts, part one, a daily goal and daily reflection of those goals. The goals are meant to be filled out at the beginning of the day and the reflection aspect, as well as the rating of how they did, would be filled out at the end of the day. the second part is a weekly reflection, this would be filled out on Friday and would be reflecting on the type of goals they are making for themselves, are the challenging goals, do I accomplish them consistently and are they realistic.
printing: the PDF has been designed in a way that you should be able to print it out back to back and it will leave room for staples on one side.
