I wrote this program to teach as an after-school club. I offer the club to twenty fourth and fifth grade students per six-week session. While students are learning the importance and methodology of goal setting, I set the goals that we work on for the first three weeks. One is a fitness goal and the other is an academic goal. During the last three weeks, the students set their own goals. This motivational booklet from Teaching Sunshine contains everything the students will need to become successful goal setters and achievers.
