*Morning, Afternoon and Nightly Routine- Decide on specific goals for specific parts of your day. Ask yourself, How long am I going to spend on this goal each day?
*Eat Healthy- Making Healthy choices will help boost mood and motivation.
Tip: Choose a veg. Fruit. Protein and grain that you love and would be o.k. with eating everyday. Keep them handy for those days that you just need a quick grab and eat. This will help you stay away from the not so healthy food choices.
Tip: Take a break every 15-30 min for at least 5 min. Go for a drink of water or a walk outside. Stay Hydrated.
*Exercise at least 15 min a day. Do you participate in a sport? Try focusing on certain muscles to develop strength and endurance.

Always give yourself some wiggle room for those off days. Plan to shoot for 3 out 5 or 4 out of 7 days a week. Use one line for "actual" and use the other line for "This is where I would be if I stay on task"
