Our students that struggle with executive functioning often struggle to set and work toward goals. This handout uses parent-friendly language to describe ways parents can help their child set reasonable goals and achieve them in a timely manner. Please note that this letter does not contain any reference to a specific diagnosis, but the information may be helpful for your students struggling due to ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities.
