This is a goal setting reflection sheet to use with elementary students that includes a worksheet your students can utilize to set a goal. It has four steps- ID goal, set date, determine steps, and dates for review. It has been done so that all you have to do is make a 2-sided copy for each student.
Using the "happy", "neutral", and "sad" faces to track reflections makes it easy for even the youngest students to identify areas of improvement for study skills and character education skills. They do not even have to be able to read well to do the reflection sheet.
You can completely teach the lesson from this resource. It will work well with first through fifth or sixth grade students and could be utilized with kindergarten students with a bit of assistance.
Use this with the related Goal Setting PowerPoint Presentation for a complete lesson experience. The PowerPoint includes 14 slides with links to THREE Different motivational and instructional videos to increase student interest and motivation.
