Use these worksheets to set goals for yourself and find your focus, so you can better juggle your many responsibilities without taking away from the things that matter most. Stick it in your planner, in your nightstand, or post it on your fridge or bathroom mirror so you don't forget!

Included in this file are three different worksheets. Check the thumbnails for an example of how I have filled them out, and click on the preview to see every page in detail!

The first sheet is a way to think through all of the responsibilities that pull at your time. Organize them into different spheres of life, such as work, home, business, relationships, spiritual life, or any other major category where you spend time and energy. The second facing sheet is where you take those many responsibilities and prioritize. Write down up to 10 of your most important areas of focus, and set a goal for how much focused time you want to spend on it. Thinking about how much time you spend on things can really bring things into perspective!

The next several sheets give you space to set goals for yourself. Write down a concrete goal, why the goal is important, when you will complete it, and an action plan for how you will get it done.
