• decision-making model activity handout
*The lesson summary is written in the style of a student-facing module that uses an age-appropriate conversational manner that walks students through the SMART goal-setting steps and the decision-making model. Students can read the lesson themselves using the hard copy or by using a digital format that can be accessed online.
