This is a great resource for students to think about their goals and then reflect on their progress. I love the different writing prompts and we were able to have good discussion with this.

Description
This packet includes everything you set goals throughout the year.
This is a great addition to student folders and VERY useful for parent-teacher conferences. Goal setting can be a huge contributor to a successful school year for both students and parents.
Please be aware that students are open to set their own goals. This is not a data or score focused packet, though you could certainly guide students to make scores a part of their goals.
The packet is broken into the following parts:
- 5 directions pages for the teacher
- Learner Goals and Reflections: student information page, brainstorm half sheet (two to one page), 3 goal setting pages, generic parent hopes and dreams letter and form, learning reflection pages (3 choices with quarters, trimester, and 9 weeks), end of year 3-2-1 reflection
Behavior Goals and : student information page, 2 goal setting pages, 1 page behavior reflection (two choices available), respect activity (reproducible that allows students to present their ideas of respect) with student directions
Planning for the Future: student information page, interests 4-square, 1 page for plans for the future, the current and future me 4-square,
