This student reflection guide is an ideal activity to kick off a new year, semester, or quarter. Students will reflect on their actions the previous semester and how those actions contributed to positive or negative results. They will document their "glows / grows", describing what they did well on, and how they can improve. Finally, they will re-examine the classroom rules, documenting why the rules are important and potential triggers for breaking the rules. They will write a promise to themselves and their teacher on how they plan to improve, perform, and behave in the new season.
