*Gobble Gobble* Thanksgiving ABC Game!

This is a quick, easy game to play with your students to build letter recognition, letter sound correspondence, and fluency with your students! Print, laminate, and get playing!

Directions:

•Print and laminate the cards Turkey Cards.

•Place all the cards inside a bag or make a pile (I love going to the Dollar Store and look for some Thanksgiving type of bag or bowl)

•Have students sit in a circle and pass the bag or pile around.

•Students draw out a card Turkey Card. If they say the letter or sound correctly on the card, they get to keep the card.

•If a student picks the Turkey Gobble Gobble card, they need to put all the cards they collected back in the bag/pile.

*Bonus cards Farmer Cards*

Add the Farmer Cards to your game to add a new spin! If a student picks a Farmer Card, they can save their Turkey cards by doing what the Farmer Asks.
