Included is one set of all food items shown on menu for breakfast and lunch, menus, image only order tickets and write in order tickets, place mat, dinner plate, and signs showing; open, closed, cashier, and wait to be seated.

Flashcards also included to introduce food items. These are great for speech therapy and learning word to object recognition.

*Make as many copies of menus, plates, place mats and food items as needed for your single classroom role play.

For role-play:

Have hostess seat people at tables and hand out menus to the guests.

Have waiters and waitresses play out taking orders, giving them to the kitchen chef then serve them. (Provided is image only order tickets and write in order tickets to accommodate learning levels)

Have chef gather food items on orders to put on plates to serve.

Have bus boys and girls set out place mats, salt and pepper, ketchup and mustard for lunch, and syrup for breakfast on each table. When customers are finished, cleanup plates and take back to kitchen.
