Here is the second installment of my exit tickets. This edition is for number sense.
Each ticket will have a goal on it so the students know exactly what their goal is for that specific ticket. Each ticket will also have a rating scale at the bottom for the students to use. They simply color in the square to show how they feel about the ticket and the concept. Each ticket also has a spot for a gold star (hence the name of the pack). You can use any kind of sticker here if you'd like. I put that there in order to ensure that I myself actually grade them and return them so that both myself and the students get the feedback needed for these exit tickets to work.
For this pack of exit tickets, there is a focus on comparing numbers, odd and even, and ordering numbers.
At the end of the pack there is a data tracking sheet that allows the teacher to keep track of the student, the goal of the ticket they worked on, the date, their score, their student rating on how they felt, and teacher comments.
There are two of the same ticket per page to save on printing paper.
I am hoping that these exit tickets give me a better sense of my students learning and understanding in order to help me better plan for instruction in the future!
